The development will regard not only fishing or fish-breeding but other aspects too. This sophisticated work should be done by specialists. It requires high competence and high quality of knowledge, education of the people who will do this work. These people are fish farmers, professionals able to operate the most advanced equipment, marketing managers and those involved in sales and distribution.
