This involves an increase in output of aquaculture and industrial fish-breeding in inland water bodies and the White and the Barents seas. The development will regard not only fishing or fish-breeding but other aspects too. This sophisticated work should be done by specialists. It requires high competence and high quality of knowledge, education of the people who will do this work. These people are fish farmers, professionals able to operate the most advanced equipment, marketing managers and those involved in sales and distribution. There are a number of specialties required to do deeply integrated business. These specialists are trained at the university.
