The Boiling Point Petrozavodsk coworking center hosted an online meeting of the participants of the project BUSY – Business for Youngsters, an international project implemented in Karelia and Finland (Oulu).

The participants of the meeting discussed the further implementation of the project under the current conditions. The discussion focused on the search for new forms and methods of cross-border interaction between burgeoning entrepreneurs from the Republic of Karelia and Finland.

The principal aim of the project supported by CBC Karelia is to promote youth entrepreneurship and self-employment, the establishment of international teams of young entrepreneurs, which will exchange experience, apply for investment grants and implement their ideas in Russia, as well as within cross-border projects in cooperation with their Finnish partners.

The coordinator of the project is the Karelian Regional Youth Center; among its participants is Petrozavodsk State University, the Karelian Regional Institute of Continuing Professional Education of PetrSU, Corporation for Development of the Republic of Karelia, the University of Applied Sciences of Oulu, BusinessOulu Regional Development Agency of Oulu.
